Updated Terms and Conditions
Please be aware that we have updated our Terms and Conditions to make them clearer and simpler for registered centres to use. The new amendments are as follows:
- 13b. Provide payment for any outstanding amount where the centre has not achieved the minimum registration fees of £500 within a 12 month period.
- 14c. Ensure any assessment tasks developed for any NOCN qualification use benchmark assessments (if available) as guidance and will make the assessment available for NOCN standardisation within appropriate timescales.
These points are not new and will have previously been stated to our centres on registration, but the information was located in other documents i.e.
- Point 13b was stated within the NOCN Tariff 2014-15 Standard Charges.
- Point 14c was stated in the relevant Qualification’s NQ1 form.
These changes therefore reduce the amount of paperwork our centres need to complete and provide essential clarification on important assessment and financial issues.
We hope this improves the service we provide to our registered centres. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please contact our Customer Service team by email (email@example.com) or phone: 0114 227 0500.
The full terms and conditions are available within the Documents section.

EDI Monitoring Report:
It’s that time of year again when NIACE tries to reach as many learning providers as possible to encourage them to make nominations for Adult Learners Week.
This year, as well as awards for learners, there are awards for employers, tutors and projects.
As well as helping to raise awareness of the necessity and value of learning in our society, the awards are tremendously positive for everyone involved as you will see by clicking here. As you will have noticed on Max’s webpage, he was particularly keen to point out that:
“Gaining qualifications and positive recognition as I go is going to help me achieve my goal”
