NIACE Adult Learner Ambassador Reception hosted by HRH The Princess Royal at Buckingham Palace
HRH The Princess Royal hosted a NIACE event at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday 5 March 2014, recognising and introducing previous Adult Learners’ Week Award winners as ambassadors for adult learning to a number of organisations from across a range of sectors, including the BBC, City Lit, the Department of Health, the Edge Foundation, McDonald’s, PricewaterhouseCoopers and NOCN. Jenny Dimmock, last year’s NOCN Learning for Work Adult Learners’ Week Award winner was one of the learners who was recognised.
